Naturalistic observations on species

Observation data on species consist of the observation of a taxon (species, subspecies, ...) at a location, a date, carried out by one or more observers, by direct (visual) or indirect observation methods (footprints, nests, etc.). This includes inventory data, with or without a protocol, as well as temporal monitoring or any other study that includes a record of the presence or absence of a species or a community of species.
