We applied long read nanopore sequencing to determine the mRNA profiles and screen AS genes associated with mismatch repair deficient (dMMR)/microsatellite instability (MSI) in 20 CRC tissues. Oxford Nanopore Technologies (ONT) method was carried out to construct full-length transcriptome, AS events were identified and the transcripts were quantified to calculate differential expressed genes between cancer and normal tissues.
