Planners and managing agents have a role to play in supporting waste services. Different approaches need to be taken for existing flats which should make a contribution to the recycling rate via fixed limits to different types of waste that can be presented and new flats which should be designed to deliver a 70 per cent recycling rate

Return to Assumptions & Evidence

Return to consultation page
