Under Section 208 of the Clean Water Act MVRPC has the responsibility for reviewing and approving individual Wastewater Treatment Facility Plans and their associated Facility Planning Areas. This layer describes the Facility Planning Areas that exist in this program. Data was developed for planning purposes and should not be used for design or survey work.
