In vivo infection and transmission dynamics of 10 mouse-to-mouse C. rodentium ICC180 transmission chains. Data is viable counts and bioluminescence of C. rodentium ICC180 recovered from stool of infected animals (as colony forming units [CFU] per gram of stool and relative light units [RLU] per gram of stool, respectively). Other data in the dataset is animal weight (g) and bioluminescence from each animal's abdomen and rectum obtained using biophotonic imaging (as photons per second).
