ValidatorDB

ValidatorDB is a collection of validation results for the entire Protein Data Bank. Annotation (3-letter code) of HET residues larger than 6 heavy atoms is inspected, i.e. if the residue has the same topology and stereochemistry as the model ligand or residue stored in the wwCCD. Validation reports for the entire database can be inspected as well as for the arbitrary set of PDB entries or PDB annotations (3-letter residue code). Results are available in graphical form via Web UI and can be downloaded in the form of CSV files for further inspection.ValidatorDB 是一个收录全蛋白质数据库（Protein Data Bank，PDB）验证结果的集合。对重原子数大于6的HET残基（HET residue）的、以3字母代码标注的注释进行核查，即验证该残基是否与wwCCD中存储的模型配体或残基具备一致的拓扑结构与立体化学性质。用户既可查阅整个PDB数据库的验证报告，也可查阅任意一组PDB条目或采用3字母代码标注的PDB残基注释的验证报告。验证结果可通过Web用户界面（Web UI）以图表形式呈现，且可下载为CSV文件以供后续核查。
