Gut microbiota of three dead non-human primates. Bacteria

This study aims to study the microbiota composition, diversity and the related bacteria metabolic functions from three dead primates, including the golden snub-nosed monkey (Rhinopithecus roxellanae), green monkey (Chlorocebus aethiops sabaeus), and ring-tailed lemur (Lemur cotta) by using the 16S rRNA sequences. The results will help us understand and improve the healthy growth and species conservation of primate.
