Dataset of adaptive frequency scaling strategy to improve energy efficiency in a tick-less Operating System for resource-constrained embedded devices

Data set containing the power consumption measurements when running different applications (test and sampling apps) for different clock frequencies, and using an adaptive frequency scaling module. The power consumption was measured using Keysight B2901A suplying an STM32L476 microcontroller with 3.3 V and a measurement current range of 100 mA. The aperture time was configured to 20 ms. 3000 samples were acquired for static clock frequency experiments, and 100.000 samples were acquired for dynamic clock frequency experiments.
本数据集涵盖了在采用自适应频率缩放模块(adaptive frequency scaling module)的前提下,针对不同时钟频率运行各类应用(测试应用与采样应用)时所采集的功耗测量数据。本次功耗测量采用是德科技(Keysight)B2901A电源为STM32L476微控制器提供3.3V供电,电流测量量程设置为100mA,且孔径时间(aperture time)配置为20毫秒。静态时钟频率实验共采集3000组样本,动态时钟频率实验则采集了100000组样本。
