Final Research Report and Aggregated Clinical Data on Etiopathogenetic Aspects of Rehabilitation of Major Dental Diseases (2021–2025)

This dataset contains the final aggregated results of a multi-year applied research project conducted between 2021 and 2025 at the Department of Prosthetic Dentistry, Bukovinian State Medical University (Ukraine).
The dataset summarizes clinical, laboratory, biomechanical, and epidemiological findings related to the etiopathogenesis, diagnosis, treatment, and rehabilitation of major dental diseases of the maxillofacial region. It includes structured quantitative indicators, outcome statistics, and analytical summaries derived from examinations of patients with periodontal diseases, dental defects, temporomandibular joint disorders, maxillofacial trauma, and associated systemic conditions.
All data are presented in an aggregated and anonymized form and do not contain any personal or identifiable patient information. The dataset is intended to support transparency, reproducibility, and secondary analysis in dental research, prosthetic dentistry, and related biomedical fields. Methods
The data were obtained through a combination of:
• Prospective cohort clinical observations
• Clinical and radiological examinations
• Laboratory and biochemical analyses
• Morphometric and biomechanical assessments
• Statistical and analytical processing of clinical outcomes
The summarized dataset reflects examinations of more than 800 patients and control groups, with standardized diagnostic and evaluation protocols applied across the study period.
