Intrahepatic cholangiocarcinomas (iCCs) are characterized by their rarity, difficulty in diagnosis, and overall poor prognosis. We performed comprehensive genomic characterization of treatment-naive iCC. This study reports a large-scale genomic analysis of iCC.
