Identification of a new Rsg1 allele conferring resistance to multiple greenbug biotypes from barley accessions PI 499276 and PI 566459

To identify greenbug resistance genes from a U.S. breeding line PI 499276 and a Chinese cultivar PI 566459, two recombinant inbred line (RIL) populations developed from crosses Weskan x PI 499276 and Weskan x PI 566459 were phenotyped and genotyped using genotyping-by-sequencing (GBS).

为从美国育种系PI 499276和中国栽培品种PI 566459中识别绿蚜虫抗性基因，通过对Weskan与PI 499276以及Weskan与PI 566459的杂交组合进行重组自交系（RIL）群体的构建，采用基因分型测序（GBS）技术对所获得的群体进行了表型鉴定和基因型分析。
