Deaths during clinical recordings; diagnostic format VTV, 1981-2012

This table contains figures on the number of deaths during clinical hospitalisations, corresponding number of nursing days and average nursing duration. Only deaths of persons residing in the Netherlands are counted. In the table, the data can be divided into the following characteristics: — gender; — age; — diagnosis (according to the VTV diagnostic format). Data available from 1981 to 2012 Status of the figures: All figures are final. Changes as of 23 January 2019: — The figures for 2012 have been finalised unchanged. — This table has been discontinued. When are new figures coming? None, this table has been discontinued. Due to changes in the source registration, new tables on hospitalisations and patients will be available from 2013.
