The effects of DSE on soil and root microorganisms of Astragalus membranaceus var. mongholicus under drought and rehydration conditions

Taking Astragalus membranaceus var. mongholicus as the research object, a plant-DSE symbiotic was constructed. Through the combination of indoor pot experiments, high-throughput microorganisms and sequencing of root secretions, the drought resistance and compensation mechanisms of plant growth, physiological indicators and medicinal components induced by DSE were explored, providing a theoretical basis for the research and development of microbial agents and high-yield and water-saving cultivation of medicinal plants.
