Momoridica charantia and Fermented Momoridica charantia with Leuconostoc mesenteroides MKSR changed intestinal microbial diversity indices and compositions in high-fat-cholesterol diet-fed C57BL/6 male mice

This project investigates the effects of Momordica charantia and fermented Momordica charantia with Leuconostoc mesenteroides MKSR on the gut microbiota of high-fat and high-cholesterol diet-fed C57BL/6 male mice. Using 16S rRNA sequencing, the study explores changes in microbial diversity and composition, highlighting potential mechanisms through which these interventions modulate metabolic health and obesity-related outcomes.
