DTM 10 Mountain Model (UTM35)

Digital terrain model over mainland Norway with heights in a grid of 10 x 10 metres. The terrain model is a grid model with a resolution (grid size) of 10 x 10 meters. Accuracy: ± 2 to 3 metres standard deviation in altitude depending on the terrain and the age of the map data in the FKB A — C area. ± 4 to 6 metres standard deviation in altitude depending on the terrain and the age of the map data outside the FKB A — C area. The updating of this data set will not be prioritised. The last files that were updated are from 2013. The Norwegian Mapping Authority prioritises the establishment of the National Detailed Height Model (hoydedata.no), where new height models are made available as they are produced. At hoydedata.no there are also ready-made exporters of nationwide terrain models with 10 metre resolution. These are generated from detailed laser data where they exist. This is supplemented by altitude data from the 2013 edition of the DTM10 if necessary to get full coverage.
