Sinibrama taeniatus Raw sequence reads

The transition from stage II to stage III represents the rate-limiting step in ovarian development for most fish species. To investigate the differences in composition and expression of ovarian cells during these two developmental stages, we collected ovaries from Sinibrama taeniatus at both stage II and stage III, followed by single-cell RNA sequencing analysis. Three biological replicates were established for each developmental period.
