Demographic data for all 58 participants. Demographics include; location, age, nationality, accredation info, years of CBT experience, core profession. The years of experience determines which of the 3 groups participants were in; trainees (<4 years), recently qualified (5-10 years), experienced (11+ years). Participant response ratings for all scenarios. Ratings from 0 - 4 (0 = defintely not important, 1 = likely not to be important, 3 = likely to be important, 4 = definitely important). Participants rated how important each CBT skill would be in each scenario. MC ratings indicate scores for the putative meta-competencies, C ratings indiate scores for competencies.
