Production and health performance of a selection of polish poultry broiler flocks (Ross308) between 2018 and 2023

This dataset aggregates multiple datasets shared by a Polish diagnostic laboratory (SLW BIOLAB, Ostróda, POLAND) with scientists at a private consulting company specialised in veterinary epidemiology (EpiMundi, Lyon, FRANCE). As part of their commercial activities, the laboratory screened a few flocks to provide a health check to the farmers. In this context, they asked the screened farms to share historical production and health data. The collection and aggregation of the diverse commercial data sets was performed for research purposes by SLW BIOLAB and EpiMundi as part of the European Union’s Horizon 2020 research and innovation program under grant agreement No. 101000494 (DECIDE project). The dataset comprises three datasets named 'Lab_2024-04-11A.csv', 'Production_20240212A.csv', and 'Prophylaxis_2024-04-10A.csv', along with metadata files named 'Appendix1_GeneralDataDescription.xlsx' and 'Appendix2_SpecificDataDescription.xlsx', referencing the remaining supplementary documents.
