This Figshare collection contains supplementary annotation and analysis files associated with the manuscript reporting a temporal multi-omics dataset of human embryonic stem cell differentiation into polyhormonal pancreatic cells. The primary RNA-seq and ribosome profiling datasets are deposited in the NCBI Gene Expression Omnibus under accession numbers GSE305933 (RNA-seq) and GSE305934 (ribosome profiling). The quantitative proteomics dataset is available in the MassIVE repository under accession MSV000098914.The files provided here include:RNAseq_fullDiffExpressionResults_polyhormonal_vs_hESC.xlsxRiboseq_fullDiffExpressionResults_polyhormonal_vs_hESC.xlsxProteomics_fullDiffExpressionResults_polyhormonal_vs_hESC.xlsxEach file contains the complete differential expression statistics comparing polyhormonal cells to hESCs for the corresponding omics layer, including log₂ fold-change, p-value, and adjusted p-value (q-value), without applying significance thresholds. These full result tables allow users to apply their own filters or statistical criteria.Two additional annotation files are included:geneBodyCoverage_reference_3500.bed12: the reduced BED12 reference used for gene body coverage analysis.hg38_Ensembl_v32_coding_transcripts.bed: the BED file containing Ensembl v32 annotated coding transcripts used for various downstream analyses.
