Circular dichroism spectra of sTMEM2

Circular dichroism spectra of sTMEM2 incubated overnight at 4°C and 37°C. sTMEM2 at a concentration of 0.12 mg/ml in 50 mM phosphate buffer, pH 6.0 was incubated overnight at 4°C and 37°C. Spectra were recorded on a Chirascan CD spectrometer (Applied Photophysics) in a 1-mm path length quartz cuvette at 20°C, and corrected for buffer signals.
