Particulate matter generated from dust storms impairs spermatogenesis by inducing autophagy and activating the AMPK/ULK1/mTOR axis in rats

This dataset contains the raw and processed data generated during the study, including primer sequences, gene expression values obtained by qPCR analysis, gel electrophoresis images, concentrations of testosterone and troponin I hormones, histological tissue images, oxidative stress assay results, and measurements of trace elements from dust particles. All files correspond to the experimental data presented in the manuscript.
