Transcriptomes of the monokaryotic transformants with compatible mating-type genes in Pleurotus eryngii

We performed RNA-seq and compared the transcriptomes of the monokaryon strain 183 (sample marked as X183), the dikaryon strain Xinghan (sample marked as XH), and three monokaryotic independent transformants (samples marked as T4, T7, and T9) with compatible mating-type genes in Pleurotus eryngii.
