CHRPop: A 100 m gridded population dataset for China in 2020 with total population, age-group, and five-year age-sex layers

CHRPop is a 100 m gridded population dataset for China in 2020. It includes total population, four broad age groups consistent with the township-level categories of the Seventh National Population Census, and fine-grained five-year age-sex cohorts. The dataset was generated using an RF-Res framework that integrates fine-grained census constraints with multi-source geospatial covariates. All raster layers are provided in GeoTIFF in WGS 84 / Albers Equal-Area Conic. File organization 1.
