Barrow Atqasuk ITEX ARCSS Abiotic

These files contain data representing soil moisture, soil temperature, percent soil moisture by mass, bulk density and percent organic matter from soil sampling in Barrow and Atqasuk in text tab delimited format. Probe data was collected 3 times across 4 ITEX sites (Atqasuk Dry Heath, Atqasuk Wet Meadow, Barrow Dry Heath, Barrow Wet Meadow) and both ARCSS grids. Probe data was also collected 4-5 times on a subset of 30 ARCSS grid plots at each site. Soil samples were collected once on all ARCSS plots at both sites and once at 10 ITEX plots (5 control, 5 open top chamber) at each of the 4 sites.本数据集文件以制表符分隔的文本格式存储，包含采自巴罗（Barrow）与阿特卡斯克（Atqasuk）地区的土壤采样数据，具体涵盖土壤含水量、土壤温度、质量含水量、土壤容重以及有机质占比等指标。探头监测数据累计开展3次采集，覆盖4个国际冻原实验（ITEX）站点（阿特卡斯克干石南灌丛、阿特卡斯克湿草甸、巴罗干石南灌丛、巴罗湿草甸）以及全部2个北极区域气候系统研究（ARCSS）网格；此外，每个研究区域内的30个ARCSS网格样地子集还完成了4至5次探头监测数据采集。所有两个研究区域的全部ARCSS样地均采集了1次土壤样品，同时上述4个ITEX站点的每个站点各采集10个样地（5个对照样地、5个开顶式气室（open top chamber）处理样地）的土壤样品。
