LuGRE R3 figure and analysis reproduction data: selected 182-station version

This dataset contains the public R3 selected 182-station reproduction package supporting the manuscript “Observing Earth's ionospheric irregularities from the moon”, which was in preparation for submission at the time of this deposit. It includes the data and metadata required to reproduce the released analyses and figures, covering 182 ground stations, 29,803,114 native 1-Hz epochs, and 498,430 accepted one-minute windows. The public package excludes YunYao profiles and Fig. 5 images incorporating those profiles because provider permission for public redistribution has not been documented. These excluded materials are listed in PUBLIC_DATA_EXCLUSIONS.tsv and are not part of this deposit. The dataset is released under the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International License. The associated software is released under the MIT License and is linked through the stable software concept DOI https://doi.org/10.5281/zenodo.21675357.
