ACTIVATION AND TARGETABILITY OF TYMP-IL-6-TF SIGNALING IN THE SKIN MICROENVIRONMENT IN UREMIC CALCIPHYLAXIS

This repository contains merged RNA-seq raw count data and count data after normalization described in the papaer with Rstudio and Python3 code to re-create the Olink protein abundancy results, differential gene exression results, ligand-receptor analysis results (in DEG_LR.zip) and ROI-ROI communication probability results (in spOTsc_remake.zip) and make plots shown in the paper.
