Lentinula edodes (Shiitake mushroom) genome sequencing and transcriptome project for breeding. De novo assemble was performed with illumina short reads using clc genomics workbench and scaffolding was performed with shot reads of mate paired library and long read from pacbio, using SSPACE and PBjelly. Gene prediction was performed with RNA-seq data by using Augustus. Gene expression analysis was performed using Super-SAGE method.
