ImageJ macro for semi-automated counting of nuclei

This semi-automated nuclei counting method gives the user an opportunity to qualitatively review output results for accuracy. The method was designed to work with fluorescently stained nuclei. If desired, the macro could be modified or applied to other staining methods. Although there are a variety of possible methods to count nuclei (e.g. machine learning), the goal of the method presented here was to run quickly and accurately on a basic consumer-level computer with freely available software (ImageJ).本半自动细胞核计数方案可为使用者对输出结果进行定性复核，以验证其准确性。该方案专为经荧光染色的细胞核样本设计，若有需求，可对其中的宏程序进行修改，或将其应用于其他染色方法的样本。尽管目前已存在多种细胞核计数方案（如机器学习（machine learning）方法），但本方案的设计目标是依托免费可用软件ImageJ，在普通消费级计算机上实现快速且精准的计数运行。
