APEX_New_Caledonia_Carcharhinus_amblyrhynchos_SNP

This dataset contains single nucleotide polymorphisms (SNP) data from 344 Carcharhinus amblyrhynchos (grey reef shark) individuals collected in the New Caledonian Archipelago between July 2015 and November 2016. The data were collected under permits to Laurent Vigliola by the Government of New Caledonia (permit #2015-1351/GNC), the Northern Province of New Caledonia (permit #60912-1508-2015/JJC) and the Southern Province of New Caledonia (permits #479-2016/ARR/DENV and #2093-2016/ARR/DENV). It was used and processed during the PhD of Germain Boussarie. Collection was performed during the APEX project led by Laurent Vigliola. The metadata contains fish identification number, sampling site, latitude and longitude. Additional information (date, fish length, maturity, sex, acoustic tag number) are also given.
