Within the framework of the fight against discrimination and in dialogue with feminist, intercultural and decolonial studies, the contribution presents some professional life stories of young women with migrant backgrounds who, starting from their position of marginality and their experience of diversity, have become active protagonists in the educational contexts in which they work and challenge with their voice both the power dynamics and racisms still present there, and the role of educational research in promoting processes of democratic voice and social transformation.
