Fuel poverty

<p>The data covers 2011 LSOA estimates for the number and percentage of households in fuel poverty for the Cambridge sub-region from 2008 to 2012. There are two ways to measure this; 10% income on fuel and high cost/low income model (2011 onwards) and the Cambridgeshire atlas | Fuel Poverty <a href="http://www.cambridgeshireinsight.org.uk/housing/existing-homes/fuel-poverty">http://www.cambridgeshireinsight.org.uk/housing/existing-homes/fuel-poverty</a> shows both of these.</p>
