This dataset contains raw lensfree on-chip measurements of 10 µm polystyrene microspheres acquired using a maskless and on-chip LED-array microscope with spatially-varying illumination angle calibration. The dataset includes the raw measurement matrix (.mat), system parameters, and the MATLAB and Python code used to perform phase reconstruction and illumination-angle correction. This dataset supports the quantitative phase imaging experiments described in our manuscript.
