Description of the 20 microsatellite loci used in this study for Leishmania donovani complex.

The following parameters are described: name, abbreviation, Genebank accession number, allele size (bp), chromosome localization, thermocycling conditions (annealing temperature, Ta), genetic variation (alleles number), Na; average estimate within-sample gene diversity HS, and deviation from panmixia measured as FIS. The loci noted by ‘*’were developed by Jamjoom et al.[26].
