Evaluation of HLA-G 14bp Ins/Del and +3142 C/G polymorphisms in type 1 diabetes among South Indian population

The aim of the study is to to evaluate the association of HLA-G 14bp Ins/Del and +3142 C/G polymorphisms with T1D among South Indian population. This is a familial study including patients along with their siblings and parents. The data of this study includes tables on demographic characteristics, Polymorphic details, transmission disequilibrium test among the study groups; images on gel documentation, haploview analysis; figure showing significant results of the study.
