As the coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic disrupted normal travel in 2020, several countries started to discuss different options to facilitate travel during the health crisis while minimizing the risk of spreading the virus. An April 2021 survey asked business travelers in the United States whether they supported or were against vaccination passports, which would limit travel to those who have been vaccinated against COVID-19. According to the survey, roughly 76 percent of travelers aged between 45 and 54 years claimed to support vaccination passports. Meanwhile, approximately 41 percent of respondents aged 16 to 24 supported them.
