Development plans (municipality of Algermissen)

A development plan (with changes if necessary) refers to individual areas of the municipal area and regulates the type and extent of the buildability of individual plots legally binding. Its possible contents are determined by the Baugesetzbuch (BauGB). It is developed from the land use plan. The development plan is adopted by the municipal council as municipal statutes and thus contains binding fixings for the inhabitants, for builders and for the building authorities. The articles of association consist of one or more plans in which the determinations are drawn, the supplementary textual determinations and a detailed written statement of reasons.
