Communities to implement a climate-air-territorial energy plan (PCAET) under Article L229-26 of the Environmental Code: * have the possibility to file their draft PCAET on the platform [Territories and Climate](https://www.territoires-climat.ademe.fr/#_blank), this deposit being sent for notice to the prefect of the region as provided for in R229-54. * are required to file their adopted PCAETs on the [Territories and Climate] platform(https://www.territoires-climat.ademe.fr/#_blank). The [Territories and Climate] platform(https://www.territoires-climat.ademe.fr/#_blank) offers a section [Open Data](−) providing datasets for download. We also offer these datasets from this portal, updated daily, to allow you a better reuse, especially via API. The dataset presented here contains the **general information (details below) on the PCAET procedures published** with version 1 (V1) of the filing form, i.e. before spring 2020. This file contains the following information: * **properties of the approach**: date of creation and launch, type, name, description, status; * **carrier characteristics**: name, SIREN, type of community (CA, CC, PETR, mixed union), population; * **associated contacts**: the project team (project manager, elected referents), referents of each regional organisation (ADEME, Region, DREAL); * **procedure history**: stage of progress, date of submission for notice or final, date of sending of notices from the Region and DREAL.
