Here, we conducted single-cell RNA Seq to establish the atlas of hematopoietic stem progenitor cells (HSPC) and acquire the difference between the choice of cell fate.This study reports how the hypoxic condition influences the HSPCs, revealing the fate of erythroid and monocyte lineage. The immunomodulatory of MSCs was also affected, enhancing the development of monocytes. In addition, stem cells maintain quiescence in hypoxia.
