Configuration files, sequence alignments and scripts associated with the IQTREE and MrBayes phylogenetic analyses with Eniochobothriidae (Eucestoda: Lecanicephalidea)

This dataset contains all input alignments, configuration files, scripts, and resulting trees used to perform the phylogenetic analyses described in the manuscript "A new species of Amiculucestus (Eucestoda: Lecanicephalidea: Eniochobothriidae) from the cownose ray, Rhinoptera bonasus (Myliobatiformes: Rhinopteridae) in the Western Atlantic". Analyses were conducted using IQ-TREE (Nguyen et al. 2015) for maximum-likelihood inference and MrBayes (Ronquist & Huelsenbeck 2003) for Bayesian inference. .
