Raport przedstawia różne strategie zarządzania kapitałem pracującym na przykładzie przedsiębiorstwa X, które działa w branży tekstylnej. Zarówno w orzypadku inwestowania w aktywa bieżące, jak i finansowania ich wyróżnia się trzy podstawowe strategie: agresywną, umiarkowaną oraz konserwatywną. Podczas wybierania najlepszej strategii zarząd firmy może się kierować albo maksymalizacją wskaźnika ROE albo minimalizacją ryzyka. The report describes various strategies of working capital management on the example of the company X, which operates in the textile industry. Both in the case of investing in current assets and in financing them, there are three basic strategies: aggressive, moderate and conservative one. When selecting the best strategy for the company, the board can be focused on the maximization of ROE or risk minimization.
