Indicates the number of new accounts that are created every day; since the Open WiFi Milano (outdoor) service has been standardised and integrated with the WiFi Public Offices (indoor) service, the user is unique for both services and therefore this size includes both registrations via Open WiFi Milan and registrations via WiFi Public Offices.
