Dermlens 5K: Longitudinal clinical photography of non-melanoma skin cancer lesions under topical treatment (v1.0)

5,022 clinical photographs of 1,902 non-melanoma skin cancer lesions (basal and squamous cell carcinoma), photographed at up to four timepoints across a topical treatment course, each published as a 256×256 lesion crop with a model-generated lesion mask. Every image passed six rounds of human quality review. Full-resolution source photographs are deliberately withheld.
