The "La Copita Ranch Vegetation and Climate" data set, which describes Jim
Wells County, Texas, are used in tick research and in the study of
microclimates of brush cluster and interstitial zones following herbicidal
treatment for brush control.
Collection Organization: Texas A & M Department of Entomology.
Collection Methodology: The collected wing thermister and Vaisala relative
humidity sensor. Through Campbell Scientific data loggers.
Collection Frequency: Hourly for two years.
Update Characteristics: This project had a 2 year window. Therefore, it has
never been updated.

ACCESS/AVAILABILITY:
The La Copita data set is available in vector format at a scale of 1:5000, or
