The development plan (BPL) contains the legally binding determinations for the urban planning order. In principle, the development plan must be developed from the land use plan. The available data is the development plan “Lindensteig III” of the town of Laichingen from XPlanung 5.0. Description: On the western outskirts of Laichingen, previously agricultural land will be allocated to residential use. The aim is to take into account local needs and demand for single-family homes at affordable prices.
