Transcriptome sequencing of leopard complex spotting in Equus caballus

Leopard complex spotting (LP) is a collection of unique white spotting patterns in several breeds of domestic horse (Equus caballus). This study undertook whole transcriptome sequencing of one LP/LP skin biopsy and one lp/lp skin biopsy.
