Full exome resequencing of the Hsd:ICR (CD-1 ), Madison, and Maternal Defense 2 mouse strains seeking to find structural variants associated with the manic phenotype displayed by the Madison strain, the high maternal aggression phenotype displayed by both the Madison and Maternal Defense 2 strains, the highly maternal phenotype displayed by the Maternal Defense 2 strain, and general characteristics of the Hsd:ICR strain.
