This study aims to study microbiota in six intestinal segments from the golden snub-nosed monkey (Rhinopithecus roxellanae), green monkey (Chlorocebus aethiops sabaeus), and ring-tailed lemur (Lemur cotta) by using the 16S rRNA sequences on the Illumina HiSeq 4000. The results will help us understand more about the microbiota and function inner the wildlife guts.
