为监管部门提供监管依据，进一步保障消费者的食品安全。1.样品来源：本项目抽检带鱼全部来源于市场内域内流通环节市场主体销售产品。 2.数据检测：样品经前处理后，根据GB5009.12-2017第二法检测原则，利用YQ519 ICP-MS进行检测，得出数据。3.数据判定：铅含量计算，X=[(C1 - C0)x f x V ]/（m x 1000)。X为试样铅含量，单位为mg/kg；C1为样品测得值，单位μg/L；C0为空白测得值，单位μg/L；f为稀释倍数；m为试样质量，单位g；V为定容体积，单位mL；带鱼中铅含量技术指标为≤0.2mg/kg。 4.数据应用：通过抽检数据分析研判，我们可以判断带鱼中铅含量是否符合国家食品安全标准，为监管提供技术支撑和数据依据。

Heavy metal lead is a type of heavy metal pollutant that can accumulate in organisms and be excreted slowly. Long-term consumption of food with excessive lead levels will severely impair the brain and nervous system. This dataset is primarily used to monitor the lead content in hairtail circulating in the market. Based on the test data, we can assess whether the lead content in hairtail meets the national food safety standards, provide regulatory basis for competent authorities, and further safeguard consumers' food safety.

1. Sample Source: All hairtail samples collected through sampling inspection in this project are sourced from products sold by market entities in the circulation links within the local market.
2. Data Detection: After pre-treatment, the samples were tested using the YQ519 ICP-MS instrument in accordance with the second test method stipulated in GB 5009.12-2017, and the test data were obtained.
3. Data Judgement: The lead content is calculated via the formula: X = [(C1 - C0) × f × V] / (m × 1000). Here, X refers to the lead content of the test sample, with the unit of mg/kg; C1 is the measured value of the sample, with the unit of μg/L; C0 is the measured value of the blank sample, with the unit of μg/L; f is the dilution factor; m is the mass of the test sample, with the unit of g; V is the constant volume after dilution, with the unit of mL; the technical indicator for lead content in hairtail is ≤0.2 mg/kg.
4. Data Application: Through analysis and evaluation of the sampling inspection data, we can determine whether the lead content in hairtail complies with national food safety standards, providing technical support and data basis for food safety regulation.
