Dataset and Analysis Code for "Collective Strong Coupling of Thermal Atoms to Integrated Microring Resonators"
收藏资源简介:
This repository contains the experimental data and MATLAB analysis code associated with the study **“Collective Strong Coupling of Thermal Atoms to Integrated Microring Resonators.”** The dataset includes transmission spectra measured at different rubidium reservoir temperatures and probe powers, fitted bare-cavity and split-spectrum parameters, background-referenced 2D transmission maps, reference rubidium transition line positions, and MATLAB scripts used for fitting, analysis, and figure generation. Measurement folders are named in the form `Tcell120_TresXX_power`, where `Tcell120` denotes a cell-body temperature of 120 °C, `TresXX` gives the rubidium reservoir temperature in °C, and the final entry indicates the probe power. Each measurement folder contains split-spectrum data near zero cavity detuning in `real_Rb85F2_#` subfolders, bare-cavity spectra in `BareResonance_#` subfolders, a background-referenced 2D colormap saved as `2D_colormap_movmean_BGreferenced.fig`, and a reference line file `Rb_lines_position.csv`. The `slice.mat` and `slice.fig` files stored in the spectral subfolders are derived directly from the background-referenced 2D colormap and represent essentially raw experimental data after background referencing. The only processing applied is the removal of a weak parasitic cavity resonance background. No further transformation of the spectral data is applied. The folder `DataProcessingCodes` contains the main MATLAB scripts used to reproduce the analysis and selected figures presented in the associated publication. This repository contains only the data and code prepared by Xiaoyu Cheng for the reported results. If you use these materials, please cite both the associated paper and the DOI of this dataset.
