Experimental data on spectral reflectivities of various helmets worn by firefighters in service

This database contains the spectral reflectivities of several helmets worn by firefighters in service: 16 helmets have been tested on various conditions (colored helmets, soiled helmets ...). Helmet names are specified in the associated article. For each helmet, a unique file contains the averaged value of 5000 tests, with in the first column the wavenumber in cm^(-1) and in the second colnum the associated spectral reflectivity. The wavenumber domain is between 500 and 6000 cm^(-1). These raw data could be handled by future users to be used in numerical models to represent the heat transfer inside a helmet.
